Educators with a Vision
Whether conducting a seminar or designing learning tools for professional adults, our philosophy can be simply stated:
- We are all in a constant learning mode.
- Adults are in charge of their own learning paths as self-directed learners.
- A "trainer/educator" serves best as a "facilitator" or "organizer of learning” rather than being only a transmitter of content.
- We can present material in a way that makes your learning effective, motivating and hopefully even fun.
- Technology delivered training can play an increasing role in the learning process.
- Technology is a tool, just one tool, to use in learning. It should not get in the way of the learning.
- Learning should extend beyond the computer into "real life".
- The diversity of humans is one of the best parts of life.
