Learn2be has designed this interactive self-study CD ROM as a study guide to accompany any insurance text. 

However we have found in some cases individuals will start with this CD and find that they have gained sufficient understanding of the many concepts.  They then register with RIBO to write the exam.  Those who need more information purchase a text from the Insurance Institute or Brokers Association giving them access to more background and details. 

This CD is not a text book or a lecture. It is very different from other CD's available to learners that may be included in learning materials or texts. You can work through the many excercises at your own pace which can take many hours especially if have the vision of learning and understanding the many concepts. 

The Learn2Be CD an Insurance Broker in Ontario  (version 3) identifies many key concepts of insurance identified by RIBO in their skills report and provides exercises to assist the learner in reviewing their application.

It follows the key areas tested by RIBO: General Insurance Principles, Habitational, Automobile, Liability, the RIB Act, Travel etc and contains lessons, illustrations, policy examples, a glossary and test
questions to prepare the learner for the examination.  The policies available on the CD include the Ontario Auto (not the latest version) and the actual Habitational Policy that RIBO uses in their exam.
